But I've just been so busy!!

Well... not really. I mean, I went on vacation (like 3 times?) and haven't really done anything productive. World of Warcraft really does take up a lot of my time. The demands of having a 70, a few alts, and being co-leader of a guild... blegh!

I know I'm a horrible dA friend, but I will get around to reading journals and comments, looking at deviations, etc. and then reply to everything I can in time.

I am currently working on two different projects. One is going to be freakin' AWESOME, and I won't post it til I am completely finished with it. And the other is just my annual self-portrait. I figure since I'm turning 20 next month, I should get started on my age 19 drawing. Heh. Man, I'm lazy.

Oh, and tomorrow is my boyfriend's (Kris's) birthday! He probably won't see this, but Happy Birthday, baby!

So... I plan to move to Washington in November with him. I really hope it all goes according to plan and most importantly SOON! I can't wait to see what the art community is like there. I've heard it's waaaay better than here. (Oklahoma City sucks balls!)

Just going to give you a summary of what I've been up to and what's to come:

I lived in Wichita, KS for four months and that was OK, but I got pretty lazy there for some reason. (Might have something to do with the fact that are starting playing WoW again.. or maybe the , but who knows!)

I went and visited the love of my life for three weeks in GA and we had a blast. He got a motorcycle and we rode that around a lot, went down to Jacksonville, FL quite a bit, we went jet-skiing, hung out with friends, played some Wii and the 360 (Rockband!), watched movies, and just overall enjoyed each other's company.

Now, I am moving back to OKC, to hang out with my sisters a bit, and because I know I will be more productive here. That means... more drawings! I have so many ideas for my own projects and some commissions to do as well.

I will be here in OKC for the next six months or so, then I will be moving to Washington state with Kris and we'll live happily ever after. Heh.

OH! And my amazingly talented sister submitted a photograph of meee! Go check it out!

I just moved to Wichita, KS from Oklahoma City, OK. I moved from living with my boyfriend Kris to living with my mom and her husband. (Kris is in the Navy and he had to go do stuff elsewhere for 9 months... ) So this is a big change for me and I'm currently adjusting. I don't have a job at the moment, so I'm going to work a lot on my art and maybe do some commissions.

The last drawing I did was all done in one day. I think it's great for only taking 6 1/2 hours on it! It's of my twin sister =candychica36 . I just wish the scan of it was better...

So, my college classes are going okay.
I got a 90 on my first Art History test, which isn't that great, but not bad for minimal studying I guess.
I'm not really too fond of my Foundations I: Design and Color class... I would have dropped it by now if I didn't need the credit.. but I have an A in there so far so that's good at least.
My drawing class is kind of cool sometimes (in that I get practice with things I wouldn't normally do but would like to be able to do), but there's just something about it that isn't very satisfying.. I think it might be that I don't feel like I'm improving as much as I would like to.. Also, I draw kind of slow I guess and the class is only 3 1/2 hours long so I don't finish things most of the time.
